Municipality from 6 to 8 June, but I just missed you on both

I have trained extensively across South Africa, Botswana and
Namibia, and yours certainly rates as one of the best training
venues I have ever used. The quality of food and service;
the general ambience and the attention to detail is difficult
to beat and your staff, with no exception, was always friendly
and willing to assist. I must also compliment you on the standard
of neatness in room maintenance, restaurants, training venues
and the environment.
Incidentally:
I trained on event management and could repeatedly refer to
your own venue as good example of how things should be done.
I also frequently train on customer service and on that score
you and your staff will serve as a good example to most service
providers.
