KOLOBE TENTED CAMP

On the 12th of February 2005 Kolobe Tented Camp’s first tents were erected on the property of Protea Hotel The Ranch, completing a dream of Tom Shearer and Viv Bistrow. Their love of the Limpopo bushveld, nature, the roar of lions, African skies, camp fires and the sound of laughter late into the night … resulted in a well designed tented camp, with a lovely kitchen, ablution block, camp fire area and ample space to enjoy outdoor activities. Best of all – the camp is tucked away in the natural bush and ensures complete privacy.
 

	The tented camp is the ideal setting for church and school groups, 4x4 enthusiasts and team building events. A combination of large dormitory type tents and smaller 2-4 person tents are available. Excellent canteen facilities are available.
	A superb obstacle course, including the famous ‘Island of Healing’ has been erected which will challenge the stoutest hearts. This is an opportunity for team building and personal development. TAG Consulting & Training run a number of excellent courses at Kolobe Camp.

Large Tents – Sleep 10 people. Medium Tents – Sleep 2 to 4 people The Russian made tents are waterproof and their design allows natural airflow through the windows and door. The tents are built raised cement slabs, with their own groundsheets to prevent water entering in the event of heavy rainfall. A variety of team building activities are held in association with TAG Consulting & Training. A Camp Manager is available throughout any camp to assist with any matters.  Click for full brochure...
