Georgian Room
Recently refurbished in beige and earthy colours and new inter leading doors with the Garden room. This elegant venue with its private bar area is an option for that smaller conference group looking for privacy and intimacy.

Day Lily Centre
Situated just across from the Safari centre and next to the Rose Room this venue lends itself either to a quiet conference room or as a room complimenting an exhibition or big function taking place in the Safari Conference Centre. It features a private office area or storeroom space in the back of this facility and private ablution facilities easily accessible.

The Safari Conference Centre
This beautiful permanent Marquee is one of the favourite banqueting venues in Limpopo, comfortably hosts banquets up to 550 guests. Draped in black this venue becomes a backdrop to your designer function or exhibition. Parking available adjacent to this venue.

The Merlin Room
Centrally situated within the hotel and ideal for smaller meetings and interviews. We provide a specialised banquet service for all occasions. This is our lap top training centre capable of up to 24 people.

The Bushwillow
An absolutely unique venue situated deep within the Limpopo bush hosting 500 people. Should you desire an African Bush theme, with or without the stars, this is the perfect setting. This venue's roof can slide back allowing you to drape your function with the stars or the sides can be dropped to create a cosier atmosphere required during the winter months. The wooden deck, stretching out over the lion enclosure lends itself to a perfect setting for sundowners or a private function for maximum of 40 people.

The Ranch Lapa
Beautifully situated in the landscaped grounds of the Ranch Hotel next to the swimming pool complex, This is the latest addition to our continued improvement programme. The Lapa offers functions up to 200 people catering for conferences, lunches, dinners, braai's, spit- braai, weddings and parties.
